How do I make a new reservation?
To make a new reservation, please click the "RESERVATION" button on the top-right hand corner. You will be redirected to a reservation.

For HKCC Students

Your student identity and password will be required for making a reservation. Please enter your login details on prompted. Your details will be forwarded to the college Single-Sign-On (SSO) server for verification purposes.

For Public Visitors

A registration form will be required before your first-time reservation. Please provide your personal details as required. Your information will be used for account creation purposes and you will be further noticed once your account has been confirmed by our team members.

Do HKCC students require registration on their first reservation?
As our system is open to science and engineering students studying in the Hong Kong Community College of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU HKCC). Students within the scheme are not required to have registration on their first reservation. However, for students outside those schemes, a registration form will be required to be completed.
Can I collaborate on an experiment with my group-mates?
Yes. Once the user has included the groupmate details on reservation. They shall be able to collaborate an experiment session together.
How do I modify or cancel a reservation?

Please login to your reservation via the link included in your confirmation message. You can modify or cancel your reservation on the redirected page. Functionalities in modifying a reservation are listed below.
